My research lives where ideas, processes, and messy real-world data meet: designing and running business processes, organising the key tasks, and turning the flow laminar. Each point here is something I work on — hover to see how they connect.

Bring me the problem that won't resolve.
Teams come to me with a process they can't quite model, flow which losses thousands, data that's difficult to track. Each sphere is a problem clients bring – click one to send it through.
- Processes nobody can read — Map & fix it: I analyse end-to-end workflows, find where value leaks, and redesign the process – from BPMN documentation to a transformation roadmap.
- Systems grew without a plan — Impose structure: I apply TOGAF-grounded methods to map current state, define a target architecture, and give you a migration path that won't break what's working.
- Too tangled to reason about — Find the pattern: I bring complex-systems methods to surface hidden order – the leverage points, the feedback loops, what you can actually control.
- Data with no story yet — Data → model: I build statistical models fitted to your data, uncertainty quantified, so results are actionable rather than decorative.
- Strategy set. Execution lost. — Design the ops model: I translate strategy into a coherent operating model – roles, decision rights and workflows that hold up under real conditions.
- Check the thinking for me — Sanity check: Technical review, modelling due diligence and scientific advisory you can bring to a board, a funder, or a sceptical engineer.
